Return and Refund policy

ITEM CONDITION AND TIME

In order to be considered eligible for refund, item(s) should be returned at our warehouse at same condition which it was sent from. The item(s) must be unopened and unused with no sign of damage to the item as a whole. Only the item(s) purchased directly from Comeafar.com website is eligible for refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days, not business days, of the purchase date.

For instance, if you purchased the item(s) on January 1, 2025 and the item arrived to you on January 4th, and you decided to return the item(s), then you must postmark and send the returns no later than January 14, 2025.

RESPONSIBILITY

Please note that you(buyer) are responsible for the shipping charges. We strongly recommends for you to read the description of each items to prevent any dissatisfaction of your purchase.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return item(s), please send us an email to hi@comeafar.com. We will issue you a return shipping label after charging your original payment method. Then, place the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and mail your return. From this point, please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
